The forum will be held as a one-day event on Monday, December 7, 2026, in Arfoud, Morocco, with in-person and remote participation available according to the arrangements for each session.

No. Everyone uses one unified Participation and Registration Portal. In the form, select the pathway that fits you, and the fields related to your type of participation will appear.

The forum follows a hybrid format that combines in-person attendance in Arfoud with remote participation. The final mode of participation depends on the type of session, the program, and organizational arrangements.

How Do I Submit Research or an Academic Paper?

Go to the Participation and Registration Portal and choose “Research or Academic Paper.” Add the research title, presentation format, scientific theme, and any notes, then attach the file in PDF or Word format as required by the form.

What Presentation Formats Are Available?

Presentation formats may include an oral presentation, scientific poster, or virtual presentation, according to the options available in the form and the decision of the organizing or scientific committee.

What Scientific Themes Does the Forum Accept?

The themes include artificial intelligence and digital transformation, physical education and school sport, health and well-being, pedagogical innovation, sustainability and inclusion, and sports leadership and governance.

Can I Propose a Workshop or Keynote Presentation?

Yes. In the form, choose “Presentation or Keynote Speaker Request,” then specify the session type: keynote speech, workshop, panel discussion, or research presentation. Enter the presentation title and your brief biography.

What Is the Deadline for Submitting Papers and Projects?

The deadline for submitting papers and projects is November 15, 2026. Accepted contributions will be announced on November 20, 2026.

Which Files Are Accepted for Competition Projects?

Depending on the type of participation, the form accepts PDF, ZIP, and PPTX files. Make sure that your file clearly explains the project idea, objective, impact, and implementation method.

How Can an Institution Become a Partner or Supporter?

Can I Propose a Speaker or Keynote Speaker?

Yes. Experts, professionals, and institutions may submit a request through the “Presentation or Keynote Request” pathway, including a proposed title, brief biography, CV file, and an optional photo.

Will Participants Receive a Certificate?
